We do not accept returns or exchanges for any customised item as these items have been made specifically for you. If you wish to cancel your order or change the size then this must be done within 12 hours of purchasing, after this time has lapsed all orders are final so please make sure you are 100% certain with the order you are about to place before submitting the payment to avoid disappointment.
All other items are eligible for either a exchange or refund and must be sent back in the same condition that the items were received by the customer. If items do not match their original condition they can not be resold. The goods will be returned to the purchasing customer.

If you've received items as a gift, you must provide the order details from which they were purchased. Failure to do so will result in any requests being cancelled and items being returned.

Please note that we DO NOT offer free returns. Our delivery surcharge is NON refundable.

DripByMK will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 1-5 working days of receiving your returned item. Please send with your order invoice marking items that you wish to return to the below address.

Returns may be subject to £20 restocking fees if not sent back in the original state in which they were dispatched
